Github blog states that the mac-os 13 runner image is retiring. We are using that image for a couple of our workflows (vagrant up / save vagrant vm) that i know of.

We should upgrade to a runner that is going to continue to be supported. Either macos-14-large, macos-15-intel, or a linux based image (which would require more setup).
