Describe the bug

Currently, when the last file in a directory is moved, the directory becomes empty and is hidden from view.

Expected behavior

Moving the last file from a directory should occur as if we removed the last file from that directory. The empty folders should have been removed from the database.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any course and its course materials.
2. Create a new folder and upload a file.
3. Move the file from the folder to either a new folder or the top directory.
4. See error
