No new features, updating included MVWInstaller version

No new features, the installer and updater are now both managed through MVW.

Minor update to change passkey default status and fix a small icons bug which may occur from time to time.

Simply extract this zip and run "unlockPdfInstaller.exe", choose a directory and hit install.
This package also comes bundled with an updates tool.

Right-click any pdf file or folder full of them and select to either lock or unlock, then enter the password and the program does it for you!
