1. Clone the repository and install dependencies:

npm install

2. Create a .env.local file in the project root and add your API keys.

3. Start the development server:

npm run dev

This runs the custom server (server.ts) which handles both Next.js and Socket.IO on the same port.

4. Open http://localhost:3000 in your browser.
