Provide default config that allows ChatOps to run without specifying parameters #233
Description
In order for the build and InSpec test to succeed, need to have a minimum of a HUBOT_ADAPTER specified.
Let's make this a default config so tests pass and users don't have to specify any paramters to ::st2
