Move InSelectionMode and ToClipboard setting to config, so they will persist between user sessions.

adds a checkbox that if checked any images saved by the screenshot tool are copied to clipboard and then deleted
no more littering your desktop after showing off your work to the mapper channel
this probably would pair good with a shortcut
