- In case of updating formura, also update the assets of arm64. - In the case of creating a new formura, priority is given to amd64 assets, but if only arm64 assets are available, they will be used.

Partial support for arm64 assets.
Although we should probably modify the formula template too, we have decided to take care of this so far first.
