This PR temporarily updates GitHub Actions workflow references to test grouped log output functionality. The changes point two ci-github-actions (build-poetry and promote) from the standard @master branch to a test branch @BUILD-9431-group-action-logs-readability. As explicitly stated in the PR description, this is a temporary test PR and should not be merged.
