Describe the bug

Sinytra Connector incorrectly handles embedded libraries in some NeoForge mods

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a NeoForge Instance (1.21.209)
2. Install Sinytra Connector, Connector Extras, Forgified Fabric API, and either Durability Tweaks (NeoForge) or Hunger Tweaks (NeoForge)
3. Launch the client

• Client fails to launch

4. Uninstall Connector Extras and Forgified Fabric API
5. Relaunch the client

• Client fails to launch again

Expected behavior is that Connector does not impact the client when only NeoForge mods are present
