Fix AUR workflow: clone fresh repo for commit step

actions/checkout is a JavaScript action that runs on the host, not
inside the container. The .git directory it creates isn't usable from
within the container due to filesystem boundaries. Fix by doing a
fresh git clone inside the container for the commit-back step.
