Provides optional ephemeris support via the NAIF CSPICE Toolkit in separate
solsys-cspice.so[.1]/.aplugin libraries.To enable,
CSPICE_SUPPORTmust be set to 1 prior to the build (in the shell or inconfig.mk) and you must have access to the CSPICE development files (C headers and unversioned libaries). You might want to check out the Smithsonian/cspice-sharedlib repository to help you build CSPICE as a shared library (libcspice.so[.1]).Added functions are:
