This is my attempt at making this awesome library compatible with Doctrine ORM 3. ✌🏻
Unlike #97, I'm targeting the 5.x branch, don't bump the PHP requirement and leave DBAL at v3. This should make it easier to quickly ship the change in order to unblock downstream projects.
