I don't think the current online build on appveyor is working correctly.

Even if there was one change which broke the project in the source code, the build on appveyor still succeeded.
And you can see from the build history, all the builds finished in about 10 seconds. It seems too fast for me to finish the whole build.
We better fix the build. And it's time to try Github actions.
