Created for long term static web projects with extensive data as a more readable, precise alternative than GitHub's difference view, which allows users to compare between old and new versions of a project file. The tool compares 'old.csv' and 'new.csv' metadata CSVs in folder A and generates a CSV report in folder B showing modified rows in the specified format: Row | Column | Old Value | New Value.
