Is your feature request related to a problem?

We need to know not only that the runner is installed on a user's machine, but also whether the version is compatible with, say, the VS Code extension.

Desired solution

Add a CLI argument -V (capital) and --version to display the version.

The version should be fetched from the application's manifest, as shown here.
