Is your feature request related to a problem?

A user might copy & paste a reason for impurity and forget to adjust the copy. A duplicate impurity reason might indicate this.

Desired solution

Show a warning if a call of @Impure has duplicates. The warning should be similar to the one added in #771 for duplicate annotation targets.
