superg recently added support for pulling the SFSVD information from High Sierra formatted discs. The SFSVD is the counterpart to ISO9660's PVD, the main difference is that it starts at byte 0309, the info seems formatted the same.

The information is now added to the redumper log file automatically. All that needs to be done is for MPF to parse it.

Describe the solution you'd like
MPF needs to parse it so it can be added to submissions.

As of right now, Redump does not support adding this information in the PVD field. So for now the information should be added as part of the comments, if it exists. If there's no SFSVD info in the file, then there's no issues at all and the submission info file does not need any changes.

I have attached two sample log files for discs that I redumped after these changes were added below.
