Describe the issue

When dumping a DVD with redumper, SCSI errors are encountered and then corrected during the refine phase. MPF appears to pick up the first instance of e.g. "media errors: SCSI: 32" but not the later report with these corrected to 0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Dump a DVD with SCSI errors which are successfully corrected
2. Inspect the redumper .log file and MPF !submissionInfo.txt file to see the discrepancy

Expected behavior

MPF should report 0 error count (or no error count at all)
