As a Pillarbox developer, I would like to be able to display the metrics collector in a UI (see #639). Dynamic data should be displayed as an updatable chart.

Acceptance criteria

• A chart component is available, either created for our own use or provided by a third party library.
• The chart should display at most 90 data points.
• The vertical axis displays 4 values.
• The component supports line and bar charts.
