Bug Description

When a doctor's notification includes the occupation of the case it is not reported in the occupation field of CASE PERSON.

Reproduction Steps

1. Process a doctor's notification for pertussis (which includes an occupation)
   2.The corresponding field in CASE PERSON is empty
   ...

Expected Behavior

The OCCUPATION field in CASE PERSON is meant to be a dropdown list with occupation relevant to the disease epidemiology (e.g. health worker, sex worker, veterinarian...). It should be completed by a OCCUPATION DETAILS field.
Regarding Pertussis the OCCUPATION list would be set to other and the occupation from the doctor's notification would be mapped to the OCCUPATION DETAILS field.
