Problem Description

SORMAS needs to be able to receive external messages with laboratory declarations of diseases. This has already been implemented for other diseases. As Giardiasis is a new disease, SORMAS needs the functionality to be able to receive msgs for cases of Giardiasis.

Alter eSante adapter to receive Giardiasis lab msgs
