Bug Description

When the eSanté adapter is trying to parse an incoming lab message. It fails with the following error message:

"Could not find DiseaseVariant NA"

Adding it as a Disease Variant to SORMAS through the admin UI does not fix the issue.

Strangely, the error log also shows "Could not find DiseaseVariant MARC"
However, the only place with MARC in the file is: ClinicalDocument/participant/associatedEntity/associatedPerson/name/given

Please investigate.
