Bug Description
When a document template includes a dynamic data field (in this case the current date specifically) it does not update when the document is generated.
This is most likely because the field only updates when you actually open the file in Word. But in this case it is not opened before it is being sent.
Please check if there is any way of making the fields update without opening the file or if it is possible to use the SORMAS template fields to add the option to add the current date.
Reproduction Steps
- Create a document template with a "Date" field in it.
- Upload template as email template
- Use email template to send a document
- Observe sent document

The "Date" field should display the date the document was created and sent.
