Bug Description
For diseases other than IMIs and IPIs, when "sequencing" is selected as a test the result is positive by default and cannot be changed.
Reproduction Steps
1.Create a case with a disease (for which sequencing is enabled e.g., cholera)
2.create a sample then a pathogen test
3. Select sequencing
4. Result is positive and cannot be modified

Expected Behavior
For diseases where sequencing is not expected to provide additional data to the positive/negative result in a text field or list (IMI & IPI so far), the result field should be writable (YesNoIndeterminatePending)
