Problem Description
When a doctor´s declaration is received, before listing the first and last name of the case as the national health ID if first name-last name are missing, check the system for existing person with same national health ID and use their name if they exist.
Proposed Change
When a doctors declaration comes into SORMAS, if the DD is missing the first name and last name but has a national health ID, the system will check for a person with the same national health ID and will display that person´s name if it exists in the system.
Added Value/Benefit
It will no longer show the first name last name of the person as the number of the national health ID as it does now. It will remove the need to remove duplicates later when the national health ID matching kicks in once the case is created via processing DDs.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ When DD is received, if declaration is missing first-last name but SORMAS has a person with same national health ID, it will automatically match the names to the person with this NHID
