when entering age into case person tab, i entered 50000 (no comma) and got an error

Reproduction Steps

1. make a case of ebola
2. go to case person tab
3. enter 50000 as age
4. error msg
   ...

Expected Behavior

should not put an error msg, should either allow 50000 or not
