Bug Description

The events information does not show correctly at the Geographical Analysis dashboard. It shows either a warning that the user (national user) does not have the right to see this information or it just simply does not filter correctly and doesn't show the events on the map.

Reproduction Steps

On the geographical analysis dashboard,

1. Clicking on the "Layers" panel at the bottom right
2. Select the "show events" option (see Picture 1)

Then a warning that the user (national user) does not have the rights to see the information appears on the screen. The problem persists even after reloading the page.

Attention: this seems to be a bug that occurs randomly. It is not consistent. However, even if the warning doesn't appear, the events information is not showed on the map when using the filter "show events".

Expected Behavior

The events information should be shown on the map when applying the corresponding filter ("show events").
