Bug Description
It is possible to selected symptoms in the General section then in the following section Clinical presentation to select asymptomatic. The logical order of the sections of thi tabulation shoud be 1/ Clinical presentation 2/ General 3/ Other
Reproduction Steps
1.open/create a pertussis case
2. In the symptoms tab select any symptoms
3. In the Clinical presentation select asymptomatic
4. Save the data

Expected Behavior
The Clinical presentation should be at the top of the page. When selecting Asymptomatic=Yes, the symptom field should not be writable.
