Bug Description

1. Create a case.
2. Click on Link Event button and create a new event.

3. Enter the required fields and Date of Event.

4. Select the Investigation status as Ongoing/Done/Discarded.
5. Enter the Investigation start and end date before the date of event.

6. Save the event by providing the required values..

Reproduction Steps

4. Select the Investigation status to Ongoing or Done or Discarded.
5. Enter the Investigation start and end date before the date of event.
6. Save the event by providing the required values.

Expected Behavior

Investigation will not possible before the event.
