Problem Description

There are several versions of the disease Influenza in SORMAS: Influenza, Influenza A, Influenza B, Influenza (new subtype). Influenza disease now allows subtypes A, B, and A+B to be selected to represent the full range of current human influenzas.

Proposed Solution

Disable the disease Influenza A, B in default configuration. Keep only Influenza and New variant.
