Introduced handling for the 'r' case to include a random number in call ID generation. This allows you to obtain a unique call ID when running multiple instances in parallel.

Introduced handling for the 'r' case to include a random number in call ID generation. This allows to obtain a unique call ID when running multiple instances in parallel, especially using Docker.
