We disabled E10S for I believe stability reasons in the past. It is required for using Foxhound with Playwright however, so enabling it by default. Can be disabled with the `browser.disable_e10s` preference if there are any issues.

Build fails unfortunately due to OOM on the test VM, but otherwise looks good. |
