Describe the bug
When viewing photos in DNG format, the image is compressed, and the true resolution of the image is not displayed. The screenshot shows that the resolution of the photo is 5376 * 3024, the viewer displays it as 800 * 448.

To Reproduce
Just open a DNG file.

Expected behavior
The photo must be displayed in true resolution.
