Describe the bug

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Image Information
2. Click on rating icon
3. the application crashes when the icon is clicked

Version: PicView-v3.1.4-win-x64.zip
Windows 10 22H2

the app crashes when I click on the rating icon. I tried this in the zip file. I don't know if the exe version has the same problem.
