I have installed PicView with scoop, and the keybindings.json settings are correctly in the Config folder, but the UserSettings.json is in Ruben2776/PicView/Config, which I assume is a bug. This would be great to fix paired with ScoopInstaller/Extras#15555 that will persist the Config directory when updating.
