Description:

Before the upgrade (3.10.0), you could place links in the channel/group topic, which was really useful.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the Room info
2. Hit Edit
3. Put the following text under the Topic: [Google.com](https://google.com)

Expected behavior:

1. You can click on the topic link, and Google.com opens
2. This is how it was formatted: Google.com

Actual behavior:

This is how the information is displayed - and you can't click on the link.
