[Bug] 退出确认窗口反复弹出 #74

Bug description
在确认关闭弹窗中取消勾选“不在询问我”后，弹窗会一直反复弹出，直到我勾选。
Reproduce steps
1. 从winstore全新安装
2. 直接右上角关闭
3. 不勾选“不再询问我”
4. 点击“退出”
5. 弹窗再次出现
Expected behavior
应该可以退出，而下次我再点击时再弹窗。
