Bug description
Windows may extend beyond the screen area on low resolutions or on smaller screens with higher zoom ratios
Reproduce steps
1. 1920*1080 screen
2. Set scale to 200%
3. Launch app and observe result.
Expected behavior
Does not exceed the screen
