Note

Medium Risk
Touches CI/release automation and auth-related transitive gems (jwt 3.x, googleauth); regressions would show up in lanes, not in shipped SDK code.

Overview
Pins fastlane from 2.234.0 to 2.235.0 in Gemfile and refreshes Gemfile.lock so CI and local bundle exec fastlane jobs pick up the new release.

The lockfile also moves several transitive dependencies (notably jwt 2.x → 3.x, updated Google Cloud / googleauth gems, and newer AWS SDK pieces) that fastlane pulls in for App Store, Play, and storage-related lanes.

No application or library source changes—only Ruby tooling versions.
