Now that we re-export quite a lot from `Core` it seems sensible to
remove. This allows constructors like `Tuple{Type{Vector{Foo}},
UndefInitializer, Tuple{Int}}` to precompile properly.
Appears to have a minimal effect on the stdlib pkgimages:
