I'm not entirely sure what happened, since it was working for me in #571. This time the encoding looked messed up as well. It seems to be working here brian6932@dd66440, but maybe GitHub's linguist still needs more (
linguist-detectable=truemaybe). Either way I also specifiedinifile encoding. Feel free to push to this branch, or spawn a child from it, in order to test it I guess.
