This adds new bridge for Allegro.pl e-commerce/auctioning portal.
It is heavily based on the excellent https://github.com/MK-PL/AllegroRSS generator for Node.js by Maciej Kawa.
Some things could be improved, like the missing pagination, as well as the remaining TODO needs to be sorted out, but these are otherwise minor issues and the bridge itself works fine.
It does, however, require #2941, otherwise Allegro serves rss-bridge with a mighty 403.
