While working on a new bridge, I noticed that Mrss requires icon urls to end in an extension. I'm curious as to the justification for this and whether it is necessary, as testing a feed with an icon url with no extension has had it validate succesfully with the validators listed at the top of the file, as well as accepted with the icon showing up in Miniflux.

Is it possible this requirement could be removed?
