OS: Manajaro, kernel 4.19.

I tried to modprobe binfmt_misc and seems loaded.

Tried also with Manjaro package manjaro-arm-tools instead of the qemu-user-static.
Tried both ./build.sh and ./build-docker.sh. Both commands output the same problem.
Tried AUR package qemu-user-static-bin and got the same result.

Listed the modules, it is present, it's loaded with no warning ... no way.
