Module benchmark already pulls in ztimer_usec. It is not necessary to pull it in again in application.

While the makefile dependencies ensure that the
ztimer_usecmodule is pulled in when thebenchmarkmodule is usedRIOT/sys/Makefile.dep

Kconfigand the application using thebenchmarkmodule must explicitly select theztimer_usecmodule.Since the
benchmarkmodule definitely needsztimer_usec, theztimer_usecmodule should be selected automatically when thebenchmarkmodule is used.Testing procedure
