What happened?
Noticed when launching qwen with SEATBELT_PROFILE=custom qwen that it would look into the <Project>/.qwen/macos-seatbelt-custom.sb, but not into the user settings directory.
What did you expect to happen?
IMHO it is would be expected that qwen checks for ~/.qwen/macos-seatbelt-<PROFILE>.sb after the former failed.
