What happened?

Qwen code sometimes gets into unrecorverable state, why he would fail the SearchText. for example:

the problem is this is unrecoverable, I will get back control but any further actions from his end will result in the same issue even if I change the request completly.
further more, there is no real issue with the path or permissions, since he did/does access that occasionally
