qwen --list-extensions does nothing #4450

@jerkstorecaller

Description

@jerkstorecaller

What happened?

I just installed a Microsoft extension/plugin, and I can see it inside QC if I use /extensions manage

However, the CLI call doesn't work, qwen runs normally, same as if I didn't use --list-extensions. Same issue with -l.

$ qwen --list-extensions
