When using Qwen Code in iTerm2 with a dark background/theme, some text output is not visible or has poor contrast, making it difficult to read.

• OS: macOS
• Terminal: iTerm2
• Theme: Dark theme

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open iTerm2 with dark theme
2. Run qwen
3. Observe that some text is hard to read or invisible

Expected Behavior

All text should have sufficient contrast against dark backgrounds.

Additional Context

This may be related to ANSI color codes or default text color settings that do not adapt well to dark terminals.
