What happened?
Skills are not auto-loaded from .qwen/skills/ directory despite documentation stating that adding SKILL.md files there should make them available.
What did you expect to happen?
I expected that after placing a SKILL.md file in .qwen/skills/commit/ and restarting the terminal, the skill would be automatically available via the skill: "commit" command.
